-  Track the status of all Insertion Orders from time of receipt to campaign launch

-  Enter contract data into our Order Management System as well as verify data entered by others

-  Communicate with clients regarding missing or non-functional creative assets 
<br>
-  Ensure that campaign assets conform to company guidelines

-  Maintain several departmental logs tracking contract, budget, vendor and other types of information.

-  Coordinate the preparation of various campaign delivery and performance reports

-  Coordinate internally with the Traffic Manager and the Ad Operations Team to implement custom ad campaigns

Qualifications:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

•	Acts as liaison between Sales and, in particular, the Estates Wine Group and National Account On-Premise (NA OP) Sales, and Marketing to ensure that brand strategy is translated to marketplace activities that drives sales and profits. 
<br>
•	Develops and implements NA OP account specific programming including leading and coordinating a cross functional team on all aspects of these complex programs (for example, the recent Sandals Program). 
<br>
•	Develops and implements other independent on premise and fine wine shop plans, programs and activities 
<br>
•	Develops account educational tools to drive these programs through the initial account and to other accounts. 
<br>
•	Develops National Account presentation template including a summation of all on premise research into a presentation tool that can be easily customized for all NA OP accounts. 
<br>
•	Provides on premise and fine wine shop segment research and analysis for strategic and annual plans. 
<br>
•	Develop and implement Fine Wine Focus (FWF) program including writing, developing, producing, and allocating all program material and training and managing all aspects of this complex program. 
<br>
•	Drives strategic account management including analyzing customer research and coordinating Foster’s consumer and channel insights to develop and present account plans.
<br>
•	Tailors national programs and presentations to independent on premise and fine wine shop segment and local needs. 
<br>
•	Provides input to business planning process including participation in all key marketing/sales fiscal planning meetings (Brand Strategy, Sales Council etc.) 
<br>
•	Works with Creative Services team and outside agencies to develop programs and produce materials that drive volume and profit. 
<br>
•	Prioritizes, allocates, and manages FWF and On Premise program budgets. 
<br>

Position Summary:

The Product Marketing Manager for PCP/Color Cosmetics will be in-charge of all PCP/Color product categories. <b><u>Job Responsibilities: </b></u><br>

<b>Network Partner Relations</b><br>
<br>
•	Provide customer service to JiWire’s advertising network partners<br>
•	Introduce and orient new networks to WiFi advertising and JiWire specifics<br>
•	Train new network partners in use of the JiWire’s Online Reporting System<br>
•	Help generate and distribute monthly JiWire newsletter to network partners<br>
•	Develop an in depth knowledge of each partner, from technical specs to business development initiatives<br>
<br>
<b>Advertising Operations</b><br>

•	Act as a bridge between JiWire engineering and networks’ technical staff<br>
•	Be the initial point of contact to identify and resolve technical problems<br>
•	Manage the implementation of new advertising formats to network partners<br>
•	Provide detailed information about networks to the advertising sales team in order to assist them with their sales initiatives<br>

<b>Administration</b><br>

•	Coordinate monthly insertion orders with networks as necessary<br>
•	Prepare monthly revenue projections and month end reconciliations for networks as necessary<br>
•	Communicate accounts payable concerns to Finance<br>
•	Respond to network inquiries concerning the JiWire Online Reporting Tool<br>
•	Generate detailed reporting from DoubleClick reporting (DART) when necessary <br>
•	Update and maintain the accuracy of orientation documents for new networks<br>
•	Help define & create processes for Network Sales Team<br>

<b><u>General Qualifications</b></u><br>

The ideal candidate will have experience on the publishing side of Online Advertising and technical savvy.  The candidate will demonstrate an ability to learn quickly and communicate efficiently and professionally, both internally and externally. <br>

Job Summary:<br>

The Media Buyer will be based in Mountain View and will report to the Director of Conversion Builder Management, working to grow the scale of the TMP Display Network, diversify and bolster the scope of the publisher portfolio.<br>

The Media Buyer will be responsible for collaborating with the Analyst in releasing new creatives and offers for testing, forecasting publisher and campaign successes, monitoring traffic, recommending new product and creative designs, and managing a mini P&L.  Media Buyer will also identify, document, and implement business, legal and compliance requirements associated with all campaigns; and coordinate with other support systems, technology and operations personnel to enable accurate and timely tracking, reporting and optimization of all related efforts. Previous product management experience is helpful.<br>

The Media Buyer also will collaborate with other Conversion Builder Buyers and Analysts in an effort to leverage cross-channel synergies that help to realize the full potential ROI of all channel campaigns.<br>

Position Description<br>
